about

A batch of songs stupid enough only to be attempted by teenagers. The songs were written by a group of 16-17 year olds after school and rehearsed daily by a pack of pimply teenage skateboard punks. Fuelled by sweet lady Mary Jane, junk food and that magical time before your parents get home from work. These dummies were able to craft a decent enough E.P for some punk kids from Welland Ontario. Half the songs are anti-social teenage uno bummers and the other half are a big "fuck you har-har we're idiots and we don't care" jokes that the band though were funny. The only words in the song F.M.A are "fuck me in the ass". When your a punk rocker in a small town and you hate "the man", thats just how you feel. Plus they weren't clever enough to write anymore lyrics.

The band originally formed as a joke to preform for "SCUMFUC FEST" a all day music bash thrown to celebrate the life (and death) of GG Allin. The Deli-boys locked and loaded with a couple originals tunes and GG Allin classics 'suck my ass it smells', 'bite it you scum' and 'die when you die'. The kids were geared up in deli aprons, deli caps and jockstraps to play in their underwear (or less) and throw mock chicken and bologna all over the crowd. One of the bands fans (and 5th member. Craig.) Snuck up from behind on the singer Matt and covered him in mustard head to toe.Matt confused turned around and punched his friend craig in the face kicking his glasses off. The smell of mustard and sweaty punk kid lingered all day and night.

The Deli-boys played many a show in Welland and spent much of the band fund on weed (and deli meat to throw on the crowd). Money that was left over was used to record this album by our dear sweet friend Ian Romano....and then with the leftover, leftover money Matt stole it to buy himself an amplifier that he still has to this day. Our only regret is not selling Deli sandwiches at the mercy table. A potentially profitable venture missed out on.

The Deli-Boys would turn into Bored to Death who would then morph into Rocket Reducers. But here is the testament to four incredibly immature, lewd, moronic teenagers who had some great times after school before our parents got home and on the weekends before our parents picked us up.
